Administration and Law
The Department of Administration and Law is comprised of faculty and staff who support the mission of the College of Education and Professional Studies through teaching, scholarly activities, and service. To fulfill this mission, the department focuses on developing synergy between academic innovation and applied development, as well as a strong research agenda to support the preparation of empowered professionals.

To meet the preparation mission, a strong teaching focus prepares our students for their careers with a solid educational foundation, applicable to multiple career paths. The mission of support encompasses a variety of research-based services for business and industry, public and private schools, government, education and training agencies, and the military.
The Department of Administration and Law offers Bachelor of Science degrees in Construction Management and Sport Management, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Legal Studies. Students can also complement their studies with minors in Building Construction, Pre-Law Legal Studies, and Public Administration.
We offer a fully online Master of Science in Public Administration, as well as graduate certificates in Acquisition and Contract Administration and Leadership and Non-proft Administration.
