Attend the Graduation Fair
Spring 2020: Tuesday, March 3 (1-5 pm) and Wednesday, March 4 (10 am-2 pm) in the Commons Auditorium
Don't miss the UWF Graduation Fair! This event will be a fun-filled, one-stop-spot for graduating students to order caps and gowns and have questions answered face to face with representatives from multiple UWF departments. GradImages will be on-site to take graduation photos to be purchased. Caps and gowns will be available for students wanting a cap and gown headshot.
UWF Graduation Fair Representation
University of West Florida department representatives will be on hand at the Graduation Fair to assist graduating students with every detail needed to graduate and participate in Commencement. These representatives are extremely knowledgeable and ready to sit with you to discuss your needs individually and answer any questions you may have about the process of graduating.
A representative from the Office of the Registrar will be there to assist you in reviewing your online graduation application for accuracy through MyUWF. Students can review your DegreeWorks audit. Students can also check their Privacy Restriction settings. If a Privacy Restriction is on your account, your name cannot be printed in the Commencement program.
The Financial Aid representative will be available to offer the information needed for exit counseling and loan repayment.
Are you looking for a job? Career Services will be available to share the appointment opportunities you can take advantage of including job search strategies, personal statement/letter of intent creation and review, mock interviews, resume interviews, career exploration and much more!
The Graduate School representative can offer you information on your future program of interest and consult you on achieving your career goals. The Graduate School offers Master's degrees in 25 programs with more than 50 academic specializations, including Specialist and Doctoral degrees in Education.
The UWF Alumni Association will share ALL the benefits of membership. Want to leave a legacy at UWF and wear a commemorative medallion at Commencement? Come to their table and learn about the Graduate Class Gift program.
The UWF MVRC serves as a leading campus advocate for military and veterans students, working to ensure your needs are met through coordination with University offices and services. The MVRC can provide you assistance with coordinating academic advising, tutoring, counseling, disability accommodations, GI Bill education benefits as well as provide information on state and federal resources and services.
Representatives from the University Bookstore and Herff Jones will be on site to assist you in ordering your cap and gown, accessories, graduation announcements, diploma frames, class rings and more! The Fair will kick off the two-week pre-sale event for cap and gown orders.
