Dr. Kim LeDuff is the Vice President of Academic Engagement and Student Affairs and the Chief Diversity Officer. The Division of Academic Engagement and Student Affairs is dedicated to supporting personal development and academic success of all UWF students.
Dr. Vannee Cao-Nguyen currently serves as the Associate Vice President for Academic Engagement and Student Affairs and the University’s Student Ombudsperson. As the University’s Student Ombudsperson, she is the designated neutral party and resource for students who may have University-related concerns or grievances.
Dr. Brandon Frye began working at the University of West Florida (UWF) in February 2013 and currently serves as Associate Vice President and Dean of Students within the Division of Academic Engagement and Student Affairs. Dr. Frye also serves as the Chief Conduct Officer for UWF, Chair of the Campus Care Team and is a Deputy Title IX Coordinator.
Katie Condon currently serves as the executive director of Undergraduate Admissions & Enrollment Marketing. In this role, Katie is responsible for freshman and transfer recruitment, application processing and systems, orientation, visit experience, and enrollment marketing initiatives.
Rachel Hendrix currently serves as executive director of International Affairs for the University of West Florida’s Division of Academic Engagement and Student Affairs
Lauren Loeffler currently serves as the executive director of Career Development & Community Engagement and Assessment and Planning Liaison. Previously she served as the Director of Career Services for eight years and has worked at UWF for 13 years.
Dr. Michele Manassah joined UWF in August 2018 and currently serves as the executive director for Counseling and Wellness.
Dr. Jennifer L. McCaul is the executive director of the Center for Academic Success at the University of West Florida. She has administrative responsibility for First-Year Advising, Student Accessibility Resources, Testing Services and Tutoring and Learning Resources. She has more than 20 years of professional experience in a higher education setting, including 18 years in higher education administration.
Neil McMillion currently serves as the Executive Director for Housing and Residence Life. He has oversight of the overall operations of the Housing and Residence Life program, including the areas of residence life, housing administration, finances and facilities. McMillion has more than 20 years of student housing experience and joined the University of West Florida in March 2018.
Karen Rentz is the executive director for the Office of Equity & Diversity. As the Executive Director, Ms. Rentz has oversight of policies, procedures, and programs associated with equal opportunity, civil rights, Title IX, affirmative action, compliance, and diversity, equity and inclusion programming.
Ben assists program leaders in the areas of Fraternity and Sorority Life, Student Leadership and Governance, Campus and Community Involvement, Student Activities, Student Organizations, and Event Services. He also leads the department in strategic planning efforts and coordinates Argo Arrival.
Gregory Tomso is Past President of the Southern Regional Honors Council and a professional member of the National Collegiate Honors Council, where he has led numerous workshops on developing Honors curriculum and Honors program administration. Dr. Tomso joined the UWF faculty in 2004, served as Associate Director of Honors from 2009 to 2017, and as chairman of the UWF Department of English from 2014 to 2017.
LaTonya Wesley currently serves as the executive director of Student Retention Initiatives. She has 13 years of higher education experience and previously served as the Assistant Director of Financial Aid, Associate Director of 21st Century Scholars, and Director of Trio Student Support Services.
